概述:
輕型交(jiao)(jiao)直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)是根(gen)據機電部(bu)《試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)》標(biao)準在(zai)原同(tong)類(lei)產品(pin)基礎(chu)上經過(guo)大量(liang)改進(jin)(jin)后而生產的(de)(de)輕型交(jiao)(jiao)直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)是在(zai)(G)系(xi)列試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上按照國家(jia)標(biao)準《ZBK-41006-89》經過(guo)改進(jin)(jin)后而生產的(de)(de)一種新型產品(pin)。本系(xi)列產品(pin)具有體積小、重量(liang)輕、結構緊(jin)湊、功能齊全,通用(yong)性強和使用(yong)方便等(deng)特點。特別適(shi)用(yong)于電力(li)系(xi)統、工礦企業、科研(yan)部(bu)門(men)等(deng)對各種高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電氣設(she)備、電氣元件、絕緣材料進(jin)(jin)行匯頻或直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)下的(de)(de)絕緣強度(du)試驗(yan)。是高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中*的(de)(de)重要(yao)設(she)備。
MLTC-10輕型高壓試驗變壓器
產品結構
輕型高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯式結(jie)構(gou)。初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上、高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布(bu)置減(jian)少了(le)(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而增(zeng)大了(le)(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦(ou)合。產品的外(wai)殼(ke)制成與(yu)器(qi)芯配合較佳的八角結(jie)構(gou),整體外(wai)形美(mei)觀(guan)大方。其(qi)外(wai)部結(jie)構(gou)圖見圖1,內(nei)部結(jie)構(gou)見圖2。

在(zai)試驗變壓(ya)器中,a、x為低(di)壓(ya)輸入端子,E、F為低(di)度表測(ce)量端子,A、X為高壓(ya)輸出。
工作原理:
輕(qing)型高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號I.I.用二頻220V(10KVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入系列操作箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經操作箱(xiang)內自耦調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50KVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調(diao)節至0-200V(或(huo)0-400V)
電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的高電壓(ya)(ya)。

試驗變(bian)壓器高(gao)(gao)壓套管中(zhong)的高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆未畫出(chu),其(qi)原理與上(shang)圖相同。
四、使用方法:
1、試驗變做被(bei)試品的工頻耐壓試驗使用接線原理圖。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地(di)。
工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流在(zai) 100-300MA時,可(ke)取0.5-1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流為(wei)(wei)1A以上(shang)時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)陰(yin)作為(wei)(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu),管于(yu)長(chang)度可(ke)按150KV/m考慮(lv),管子和粗細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方(fang)法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種(zhong)不同的(de)陰(yin)值)。
球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般(ban)取試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%-120%)球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)起到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取。
在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)上(shang)個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)須(xu)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入RCF阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。
工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗操作(zuo)注(zhu)意(yi)事項
(1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好分工,明確相互間辦(ban)法。并(bing)有專(zhuan)門人監護現場安(an)全及(ji)觀(guan)察試品狀態。
(2)被試(shi)品應(ying)清(qing)掃干凈,并干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差(cha)。
(3)對(dui)丁大型(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗,一(yi)般(ban)都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya),校(xiao)對(dui)各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整間(jian)隙。
(4)升(sheng)壓速度(du)不(bu)能太快,并必須防(fang)止突然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)的突然(ran)合閘,也不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般應在調壓器(qi)降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘。
(5)當電壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)時,開始計(ji)時,到1min后,迅速(su)降到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電源。
(6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程,如(ru)發現(xian)下列不正常情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音。
(7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。
試驗變壓器(qi)在做被試品的直(zhi)流(liu)耐(nai)壓或泄漏試驗時接線原理(li)圖如圖7。
注:此(ci)試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖7中所示。

FYQ-阻容分(fen)壓器(qi) Cx-被試品 A-帶(dai)保護(hu)微安(an)表
泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流不(bu)超過(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)大整流電(dian)(dian)流。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)大整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用(yong)于(yu)60KV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)陰按R1=60/0,1=600KΩ選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇。限流電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/01=600KΩ選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇,限流電(dian)(dian)阻應(ying)具有足夠的(de)容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)濾流電(dian)(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01-0.1HF,當被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)很大時,C1可(ke)省略不(bu)用(yong)。
泄漏試驗的(de)操作及(ji)注(zhu)意(yi)事項
(1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對(dui)外(wai)連線是(shi)否擦凈。要(yao)嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到人工作(zuo)部位上去。
(2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的接線(xian)后,應(ying)復(fu)查(cha)無(wu)誤后才可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)高壓(ya)設(she)備(bei)及引線(xian)與地與操作人(ren)員的安(an)全(quan)距(ju)離,被試品的外殼是否(fou)可靠接地,要按安(an)全(quan)規程中(zhong)所規定的內容進行試驗(yan)。
(3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩(huan)慢升壓,防止被試(shi)品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表。必(bi)要(yao)時應分級加壓,分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微(wei)安表的(de)穩(wen)定讀(du)數。
(4)試驗過(guo)程,應(ying)密(mi)切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。
(5)試(shi)(shi)驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充(chong)分(fen)放電。
五、注意事項
1、按(an)照(zhao)您所進行的試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼以(yi)及操(cao)作系(xi)統的外殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的高壓(ya)繞阻的x端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組的F端必須(xu)可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。
2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時,第(di)(di)二(er)級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞阻的(de)F端以及高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼,第(di)(di)二(er)級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

4、從零(ling)開(kai)(kai)始勻帶旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20S逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60S逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選(xuan)用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)(kai)始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)定試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,再以每(mei)秒2%額(e)定試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開(kai)(kai)始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)額(e)定試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)批示以及被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗過程中如發現測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。
5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)返回(hui)至(zhi)零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。
6、本產品有得超過額(e)定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必(bi)需外,決不允(yun)許全電壓通(tong)電或斷電。
7、使用本產(chan)品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,除(chu)熟悉(xi)本說明外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標(biao)準和(he)操(cao)作規程(cheng),可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變設備的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣設備預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。
