TC-10高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器是根據機(ji)電部《試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器》標(biao)(biao)準在原同(tong)類產(chan)品基礎(chu)(chu)上經過大量改進后而生產(chan)的輕型交(jiao)直流高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變是在(G)系列試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的基礎(chu)(chu)上按(an)照國家標(biao)(biao)準《ZBK-41006-89》經過改進后而生產(chan)的一(yi)種新型產(chan)品。
TC-10高壓試驗變壓器概述:
輕型(xing)交(jiao)直(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)是根據機電部《試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)》標(biao)準(zhun)在原(yuan)同類產(chan)品(pin)(pin)基(ji)礎(chu)上經過(guo)(guo)大量改進(jin)(jin)后而生產(chan)的輕型(xing)交(jiao)直(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變是在(G)系列試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的基(ji)礎(chu)上按照國家標(biao)準(zhun)《ZBK-41006-89》經過(guo)(guo)改進(jin)(jin)后而生產(chan)的一(yi)種新型(xing)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)。本系列產(chan)品(pin)(pin)具有(you)體積小、重量輕、結構緊湊、功能齊全,通用性強(qiang)和使用方便等特點。特別(bie)適(shi)用于(yu)電力系統、工礦企業(ye)、科研部門等對各種高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電氣設備、電氣元件、絕緣材(cai)料進(jin)(jin)行匯頻或直(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)下的絕緣強(qiang)度試驗(yan)。是高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中*的重要(yao)設備。
TC-10高壓試驗變壓器產品結構
輕型(xing)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)(xin)式結(jie)構(gou)(gou)。初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上、高壓(ya)繞組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了繞組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)制成與(yu)器(qi)芯(xin)(xin)配合較佳的(de)八(ba)角結(jie)構(gou)(gou),整體外(wai)形美觀大方。其外(wai)部結(jie)構(gou)(gou)圖(tu)見圖(tu)1,內部結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見圖(tu)2。

在試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)中,a、x為(wei)低壓(ya)(ya)輸入端(duan)子,E、F為(wei)低度(du)表(biao)測量端(duan)子,A、X為(wei)高壓(ya)(ya)輸出。
工作原理:
輕(qing)型高壓試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓器(qi),聯結組標號I.I.用二頻220V(10KVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入(ru)系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自耦調壓器(qi)(50KVA以上調壓器(qi)外附(fu))調節至0-200V(或(huo)0-400V)
電壓輸出至試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的初級繞組(zu)(zu),根(gen)據電磁感應原理(li),在試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞組(zu)(zu)可獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗所需的高(gao)電壓。

2、單(dan)臺試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖4,圖中(zhong)高壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高電(dian)壓(ya)。當用一短路桿(gan)將高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短接時,可(ke)獲得(de)工(gong)頻高電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交流(liu)輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態,取消短路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態。

3、三(san)臺(tai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)獲(huo)得更高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的結線原理(li)圖 5。串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)有很(hen)大(da)的優(you)越性,因(yin)為整個(ge)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)裝置(zhi)(zhi)由(you)幾臺(tai)單(dan)臺(tai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)組成(cheng),單(dan)臺(tai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)小,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)、重量(liang)(liang)輕、便于運(yun)輸和(he)安(an)裝,它既然可串(chuan)接(jie)成(cheng)高(gao)出(chu)幾倍的單(dan)臺(tai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)組合使用,又可分(fen)開(kai)成(cheng)幾套(tao)單(dan)臺(tai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)單(dan)獨使用。整套(tao)裝置(zhi)(zhi)投資(zi)小,經濟實惠。圖5中(zhong),在*級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)第(di)二級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的每(mei)個(ge)單(dan)無試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)都有一個(ge)勵(li)(li)磁(ci)繞(rao)(rao)組A1、C2和(he)A2、C2。在三(san)臺(tai)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)基本(ben)原理(li)圖中(zhong),低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源加在試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)I的;初級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組a1×1組,單(dan)臺(tai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)都是(shi)V。勵(li)(li)磁(ci)繞(rao)(rao)組A1、C1給第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)I Ⅱ的初級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。第(di)二級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅱ的勵(li)(li)磁(ci)繞(rao)(rao)組A2、C2給第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)I Ⅱ的初級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。第(di)二級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅱ和(he)第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅱ的箱(xiang)(xiang)體分(fen)別處在對地為1V和(he)2V的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位上,氫箱(xiang)(xiang)體對地是(shi)絕(jue)緣的,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)I的箱(xiang)(xiang)體是(shi)接(jie)地的。這樣*級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)二級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)對地的額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)分(fen)別為1V、2V、3V、其額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)分(fen)別為3P、2P、1P。
試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅堆未畫出,其(qi)原理與(yu)上圖相同。
四、使用方法:
1、試驗(yan)變做(zuo)被試品的工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)使用(yong)接線原理圖。

注:高(gao)壓尾(wei)必(bi)須可靠接地(di)。
工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電阻(zu)R1應(ying)(ying)根(gen)據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)(e)定容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電流在 100-300MA時(shi),可取0.5-1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電流為1A以(yi)上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya))。常用水電陰作為限流電阻(zu),管于(yu)長度可按150KV/m考慮,管子和粗細應(ying)(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成(cheng)各種不(bu)同的(de)陰值)。
球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)及保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%-120%)球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保護作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。
在(zai)(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準確的(de),其原因是(shi)(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)(zai)這上(shang)(shang)個(ge)漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時。試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必須存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入RCF阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。
工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意事項
(1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間辦法。并有專(zhuan)門人(ren)監護現場安(an)全及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀態。
(2)被(bei)試品應清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。
(3)對(dui)丁大型試驗,一般都應先進行空升試驗。即(ji)不接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表計,調整間隙。
(4)升壓(ya)(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止突然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零位(wei)的突然合閘,也不(bu)能(neng)突然切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),一般(ban)應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。
(5)當電壓升至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓時,開始(shi)計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)(yan)電壓以下時,才能拉開電源(yuan)。
(6)在升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過程,如發現下列(lie)不(bu)正常情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因(yin):①電壓表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大(da);②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)品內有不(bu)正常的聲音(yin)。
(7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。
試驗變壓器在做被(bei)試品的直流耐壓或泄漏試驗時接(jie)線原理圖如(ru)圖7。
注:此試驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)7中所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在(zai)額定輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)(shi),輸出(chu)(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用(yong)于60KV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)陰按R1=60/0,1=600KΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/01=600KΩ選擇,限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。高壓(ya)(ya)濾流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01-0.1HF,當被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量很大時(shi)(shi),C1可省略不用(yong)。
泄漏試驗的操作及(ji)注意事項
(1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被(bei)試品是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對外(wai)連(lian)線是否擦(ca)凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加到人工作部位上去。
(2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置的接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才(cai)可加(jia)壓。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備及引線(xian)與(yu)地與(yu)操作人員的安(an)全距(ju)離,被試品的外殼是否可靠接地,要按安(an)全規程中(zhong)所(suo)規定的內容進行試驗。
(3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)(ji)電(dian)壓下微安表的穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。
(4)試驗過程,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置(zhi)、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。
(5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后(hou)應將被試品及試驗裝置本(ben)身充分放(fang)電。
五、注意事項
1、按(an)照您所進行的(de)(de)(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外殼以及操(cao)作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須可靠接(jie)地(di),試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)壓繞阻的(de)(de)(de)x端(高(gao)壓尾)以及測量繞組的(de)(de)(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。
2、做串級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,第(di)二級、第(di)三級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測量(liang)繞(rao)阻(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼,第(di)二級、第(di)三級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼必(bi)須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。
3、接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前(qian),操作系統的調壓器必須調 到(dao)零位(wei)后方可接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。
4、從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開始勻帶(dai)旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方式(shi)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即20S逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即60S逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開始按(an)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,再以每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)(cong)零(ling)開始按(an)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya),并密切(qie)注意測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)批示以及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過程中或(huo)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。
5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。
6、本(ben)產品有得超(chao)過額定參(can)數(shu)使用(yong)。除試驗必需(xu)外,決不允許全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。
7、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做高壓試驗(yan)時,除熟(shu)悉本(ben)說明外,還必須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng),可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高壓試驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

七、試驗變壓器(qi)的容量選擇:
標準試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定(ding)公(gong)式:Pn=KVn2ωct×10-9。
式中:Pn—標稱試驗變壓器容量(KVA)
Vn—試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的額定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的有效值(KV)
K—安全系數。K≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,K=2,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時,K值可取高一(yi)些,
ct—被試品的電容量(PF)
ω—角頻率(lv), 2лf.F-試(shi)驗電源的頻率(lv)。
