概述:
輕型交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器是(shi)根據機電(dian)部(bu)《試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器》標準在原同類產(chan)品基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)(shang)經(jing)過(guo)大量改(gai)進后(hou)而(er)生產(chan)的(de)(de)輕型交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)是(shi)在(G)系(xi)(xi)列試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)(shang)按照國家標準《ZBK-41006-89》經(jing)過(guo)改(gai)進后(hou)而(er)生產(chan)的(de)(de)一種新型產(chan)品。本系(xi)(xi)列產(chan)品具有(you)體(ti)積小、重量輕、結構緊湊(cou)、功(gong)能齊全,通用(yong)(yong)性強和使用(yong)(yong)方(fang)便等(deng)(deng)特(te)點。特(te)別適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)電(dian)力系(xi)(xi)統、工(gong)礦企業、科研(yan)部(bu)門等(deng)(deng)對各種高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設備、電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)元(yuan)件(jian)、絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料進行(xing)匯(hui)頻或直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)下的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)強度試(shi)驗。是(shi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中*的(de)(de)重要設備。
100KV高壓試驗變壓器
產品結構
輕(qing)型高壓試驗(yan)變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式結(jie)(jie)構(gou)。初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上、高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因(yin)而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼制成與(yu)器芯(xin)配合(he)較佳的八(ba)角結(jie)(jie)構(gou),整體外形美(mei)觀大(da)方。其外部結(jie)(jie)構(gou)圖(tu)見圖(tu)1,內部結(jie)(jie)構(gou)見圖(tu)2。

在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器中,a、x為低壓(ya)(ya)輸入端子,E、F為低度表(biao)測量端子,A、X為高壓(ya)(ya)輸出。
工作原理:
輕型高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結組標號I.I.用二(er)頻220V(10KVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入系列操(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱內自(zi)耦調壓(ya)(ya)器(50KVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附)調節(jie)至0-200V(或0-400V)
電壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感應(ying)原(yuan)理(li),在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)所需(xu)的高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

2、單臺試驗變壓器(qi)工作(zuo)原理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)4,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆,串(chuan)接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓回路中作(zuo)半波整流,以獲得(de)直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓。當(dang)用一短路桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆短接(jie)時,可獲得(de)工頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓,作(zuo)為(wei)交流輸(shu)(shu)出狀態,取消短路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸(shu)(shu)出狀態。

試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆未畫出,其原理(li)與上圖相同。
四、使用方法:
1、試驗(yan)變做被試品的工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)使(shi)用(yong)接線原(yuan)理(li)圖。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接(jie)地。
工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定容量(liang)來(lai)選擇。如高壓側額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在 100-300MA時,可取0.5-1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓);高壓側額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓)。常用(yong)水電(dian)陰作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)(guan)于(yu)長(chang)度可按150KV/m考慮,管(guan)(guan)子和粗細應具有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各(ge)種不同的陰值(zhi))。
球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%-120%)球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。
在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏(lou)(lou)抗,在(zai)這上個(ge)漏(lou)(lou)抗上必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時。試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗必須存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)RCF阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。
工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項
(1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工,明確相互(hu)間辦(ban)法。并有專(zhuan)門人(ren)監護現場安(an)全及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。
(2)被(bei)試品(pin)應清掃干凈,并干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。
(3)對丁大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整間隙。
(4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防止(zhi)突然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不在(zai)零位(wei)的突然合閘,也不能(neng)突然切斷電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位(wei)時拉閘。
(5)當電壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電壓(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速(su)降(jiang)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉(la)開(kai)電源。
(6)在升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程,如發現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)聲音。
(7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。
試驗變壓器在做被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)直流(liu)耐壓或(huo)泄(xie)漏試驗時(shi)接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)7。
注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖7中所示。

泄露(lu)試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60KV的(de)試驗裝置中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)陰按(an)R1=60/0,1=600KΩ選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/01=600KΩ選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。高(gao)壓(ya)濾流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容C1一(yi)般選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01-0.1HF,當被(bei)試品(pin)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。
泄漏試驗(yan)的操作及注(zhu)意事項
(1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先(xian)檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是(shi)(shi)否停(ting)電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)(shi)否擦凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到人工(gong)作部位上(shang)去。
(2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)(ya)。應特別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地(di)與(yu)操(cao)作人員(yuan)的(de)安(an)(an)全距離,被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地(di),要按安(an)(an)全規(gui)程中(zhong)所(suo)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)內容進行(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。
(3)對于大電容量設(she)備應(ying)(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試(shi)品的(de)(de)充電電流燒壞微安表。必要(yao)時(shi)應(ying)(ying)分級(ji)加壓,分別(bie)讀(du)取各級(ji)電壓下(xia)微安表的(de)(de)穩定讀(du)數。
(4)試(shi)(shi)驗過程,應密(mi)切監視(shi)被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan),并(bing)查(cha)明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。
(5)試(shi)驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身(shen)充分放電。
五、注意事項
1、按(an)照您所進(jin)行的(de)(de)試驗接好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須可靠接地(di),試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)高壓繞阻的(de)(de)x端(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可靠接地(di)。
2、做串級試驗時(shi),第(di)二(er)級、第(di)三(san)級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測量繞阻的(de)F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke),第(di)二(er)級、第(di)三(san)級試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。
3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必須調 到零位后方(fang)可接通電源(yuan),合(he)閘(zha),開始升壓。
4、從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始勻帶(dai)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)20S逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)60S逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始按(an)一(yi)定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速(su)度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),再(zai)以每秒(miao)2%額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始按(an)一(yi)定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速(su)度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)額定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注(zhu)意測量儀表(biao)的(de)批示(shi)以及被試品(pin)的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中或(huo)試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及被試品(pin)情況異常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查(cha)明(ming)情況。
5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速(su)的(de)將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。
6、本產品有得超過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗(yan)必需(xu)外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。
7、使用(yong)本(ben)產(chan)品做高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,除(chu)熟悉本(ben)說明外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家(jia)有(you)關標準和操作(zuo)規程,可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變(bian)設備的絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

標準試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=KVn2ωct×10-9。
式(shi)中:Pn—標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)(KVA)
Vn—試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有效值(zhi)(KV)
K—安全系數。K≥1,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),K=2,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)較低時(shi),K值(zhi)可取(qu)高(gao)一些,
ct—被(bei)試品的電容量(PF)
ω—角頻率, 2лf.F-試驗(yan)電(dian)源(yuan)的頻率。
